những lá thép kỹ thuật điện dày 0,35 đén 0,5 mm, đc dập theo hình vành khăn, bên trong có
xẻ rảnh để đặt dây quấn và được sơn phủ trước
khi ghép lại.

Dây quấn:
Dây quấn stato sử dụng dây đồng hay dây nhôm (loại dây email) đặt trong các rảnh của lõi thép.

một thành phần chính trên còn có những thành phần phụ bao bọc lõi thép là vỏ điện thoại đc sử dụng nhôm hay
gang dùng để giử chặt lõi thép bên dưới là chân đế để bắt
chặt vào bệ máy , ba đầu có ba nắp sử dụng vật liệu cùng dòng sản phẩm với
vỏ máy , trong nắp có ổ đở (hay còn được
gọi là bạc) dùng để đở trục quay của rôto.

2/. Phần quay.
hoặc còn gọi là rôto, gồm có lõi thép, dây quấn & trục
điện thoại .

Lõi thép:
Có dạng hình trụ đặc sử dụng những lá thép kỹ thuật điện, dặp
thành hình dĩa và ép chặt lại, trên mặt có các đường rãnh để đặt những thanh dẩn hay dây quấn. Lõi thép được ghép chặt với trục quay và đặt trên một ổ đở của stato.

Dây quấn:
Trên rôto có một loại: rôto lồng sốc and rôto dây quấn.

môment quay lớn tuy nhiên kết cấu phức tạp, giá thành tương đối cao.

để sản xuất mát bên trong khi đó rôto quay.

Phần dây quấn đc cho từ những thanh nhôm và
năm vòng ngắn mạch có hình dạng như một cái lồng
vì vậy hotline là rôto lồng sóc. các đường rãnh trên rôto thông thường đc dập
xiên cùng trục, nhằm cải thiện đặt
tính mở máy & giảm bớt hiện tượng rung chuyển do lực điện từ tác dụng lên rôto không thường xuyên.

II/. Nguyên lý sử dụng.
Muốn cho đc thao tác, stato của được cần được cấp dòng sản phẩm điện xoay

Vì dây quấn rôto là kín mạch nên sức điện động này tạo nên loại điện trong các thanh dẩn của
rôto. các thanh dẩn có loại điện lại
nằm trong từ trường, nên sẽ tương tác với nhau, tạo ra lực điện từ đặc vào những thanh dẩn.

Tổng hợp các lực này sẽ tạo nên môment
quay so với trục rôto, làm cho rôto quay theo chiều của từ trường.
