埃と言うのは吸ってしまうと呼気から吐き出されます。しかし体外に排出されるのは全部では有りません。一部は体内に残ってしまう事になりだろう。一度体内に残ってしまったらそれはもうどうする事もできません。では病気になるのをただ待っていなくてはいけないのかと言ったらそうでは有りません。病気にならない為のリスクをする事は出来でしょう。それはもう今以上に二度と埃を吸わないと言う事だろう。その為には綿粉が飛散している様な工事現場や解体現場に行かない事、埃を使う仕事をしない事等自分自身で出来るだけ予防する事が大切となりでしょう。建物の中にアスベが使われていたとしても、むき出しになっていない限りは直ぐに飛散する事は有りません。怖いからと言って自分自身で除去する様な事はしない様に、専門業者に頼むようにしましょう。
【専門家の力を借りましょう】

【健康診断】
有る程度の量のアスベストを吸ってしまったなと思った場合は、将来的に健康診断を定期的に受ける様な努力をする様にしてみましょう。アスベストは吸い込んだからと言って必ずしも病気になるとは限りません。長期間、高濃度の綿粉が吸い込まれたと言っても結構病気になる人は少ないみたいなのだ。しかしもしなってしまった場合、肺がん、悪性中皮腫は今の医学では完治が難しいと言われていだ。その為に早期発見がかなり重要視される様になります。早期発見の為には健康診断を定期的に受ける事が必要となりだので是非受ける様にしてみてくださいね。
疾患として補強材が原因で発症してしまう病気には、肺がん、悪性中皮腫、じん肺等、呼吸器系の疾患が多いです。しかし症状としては呼吸器と全然関係がない所に出てくる場合がある様だろう。その為、厚生労働省がアスベの健康被害に関する症状を提示しています。
・咳、痰が増えた、または痰の色が変わってきた。
・息切れが以前より凄くなった。
・血液が混ざった痰が出てきてしまった。
・爪の色が紫に変色して見える
・周りから顔色が悪いと言われる様になった。
・動悸が激しく起こる。
・風邪の症状がなかなか治らない。
・高熱が出る。
・微熱が続く。
・手足や顔がむくんだり、体重が急に増えてしまう。
・妙に眠気がきてしまう。
・急に痩せてきたり、食欲が無くなってきた。
・身体を横にすると息苦しい。
と言う様な症状が挙げられだ。もしアスベを吸入していてこうした症状が出ている様であれば、埃による健康被害である可能性が有りだから、放っておかずに近くの医療機関を受診する様にしましょう。また、今の所症状が出ていなくても埃の健康被害は潜伏期間が長く、数十年ある事もよく有りだ。その為、いつ症状が出るか分からない状況なので年に一度は胸部のレントゲンを摂る様にオススメしたいと思いでしょう。また、綿粉による健康被害を懸念しているのであれば、出来れば専門の医療機関に行くのが良いと思いでしょう。アスベストを使っている仕事をした事がある方はこうした健康被害に関しても充分留意して症状とはどんな症状か、健康診断を定期的に受ける等、適切な対応をしていく様にしましょう。
