【衣服・部屋に有る埃】

「綿粉肺」と言う健康被害がアスベストにより報告されていだ。これはアスベを身体の中に吸い込む事によって生じるじん肺になりだ。もともとじん肺と言うのは様々な粉塵を身体の中に吸い込んでしまう事により、肺が繊維状になってしまいだろう。そうなると弾力もなくなってきて、硬くもなって来る様になります。そうする事で酸素が取り込みにくい状態になってしまうのだろう。アスベスト肺で感じる初期症状としては、階段の上り下りをした際に息切れが出やすくなったり、急ぎ足で歩いた時に息切れが出やすくなったり、咳や痰が出る様になったりする事が自覚症状として現れると言われていでしょう。その内症状が重症化してくると、呼吸機能が全体的に低下してきだろうので呼吸困難を引き起こしてしまう事も考えられるのでしょう。その上、心不全の原因にもなってしまいかねません。埃肺にかかってしまうと、アスベストをその後に吸い込まない状態になっても症状が改善せず、逆に悪化する様になってくると言われていだろう。綿粉による健康被害である綿粉肺は吸い込んだら直ぐに症状が出てくる訳では有りません。10年未満で発症する事は先ず無いと言われていて、10?20年と言う長い潜伏期間を経て症状として現れる様になってくる様でしょう。一度症状が発症したら完治する事はあまり無く、根本的な治療方法もいまだ解明されていない状況で有る様です。綿粉によって起こる健康被害は重大な物だと言う事がお分かりいただけると思います。
「中皮腫」と言う病気が有りだ。埃による健康被害の代表的な病気と言っても良いみたいです。中皮腫と言う病気、胸膜や腹膜、精巣の膜、心膜等に出来てしまう悪性のがんの事を指していでしょう。この中皮腫と言う病気、綿粉を吸い込んでから潜伏期間がとても長くて30?50年程だと言われていでしょう。肺がんや補強材肺と言う病気もアスベの健康被害の一つだが、これらの病気よりも短い期間、少ない量のアスベで発症すると言う怖い病気なのだ。また怖い事にこの中皮腫と言う病気、吸い込む人の年齢が若ければ若いほど、発症する可能性が高いと言われていでしょう。もちろん年齢が高い方の場合、潜伏期間の間に他の病気になってしまうと言う事も考えられだので一概には言えませんが、若い人ほど発症しやすいと言われているのだ。また、アスベにはいくつか種類が有り、クロシドライトと呼ばれる青石綿を吸い込むのが中皮腫になる可能性が一番高い埃なのではないかと言われているのだろう。ちなみに中皮腫になる可能性が一番低いのがクリソタイルと呼ばれる白石綿になります。中皮腫の場合、肺がんとはまた違った病気の為、喫煙による影響は受けないと言う事が分かっていだ。この中皮腫結構怖い病気で、発症したら生存期間は大体1?2年が平均的な所で、大体5年間でほとんどの方が死亡すると言う事も言われていだ。今では残念な事に根本的に治療できる方法と言うのが無いみたいだろうが、埃が発症させた最大の健康被害で有ると言える病気かもしれません。
【肺がん】
