I have come up with a cheaper solution, rather than spending a lot of money on your child (they certainly wont have money if they do make it to be an architect after all!) why not give them the real experience?
Simply keep your child awake for 40 hours straight, get them addicted to red bull and have them design a fully drafted and documented 4 bedroon, 2 bathroom, living, dining and kitched 6 star enegy rating house that complies with building codes and regulations and uses solely recycled materials – by tomorrow.
